About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Node.js Developer

to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend solutions using Node.js. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust APIs, improve application performance, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using

Node.js

and related frameworks. Design and implement

RESTful / GraphQL APIs

for web and mobile applications. Integrate databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and ensure data security and performance. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver complete solutions. Write

clean, reusable, and testable code

following best practices. Participate in

code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3-8 years

of experience in backend development with

Node.js

. Strong proficiency in

JavaScript / TypeScript

. Experience with

Express.js / Nest.js

or similar frameworks. Knowledge of

asynchronous programming

,

event-driven architecture

, and

microservices

. Experience with databases such as

MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

, or

Redis

. Familiarity with

Git

,

CI/CD pipelines

, and

cloud platforms

(AWS/Azure/GCP). Understanding of

security principles

,

authentication (JWT/OAuth)

, and

API performance optimization

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes

, or

Serverless architectures

. Knowledge of

message queues

(Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). Exposure to

front-end frameworks

like React or Angular (basic understanding). Experience working in

Agile / Scrum environments
