Role Overview

We are looking for a

Node.js Developer

with strong expertise in

SQL

and

MongoDB

to join our development team. The role involves designing and maintaining server-side applications, integrating with front-end systems, and optimizing performance. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, ensuring best practices, and contributing to technical architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance server-side applications using

Node.js

. Design and implement

RESTful APIs

for integration with front-end applications. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for

speed, scalability, and reliability

. Implement

security best practices

and data protection measures. Design and maintain

database schemas

for SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems. Write efficient and complex SQL queries and MongoDB queries. Work with ORM libraries such as

Sequelize

and

Mongoose

for database interaction. Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews. Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

,

Engineering

, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 4

years

of professional experience in

Node.js development

. Proficiency in

JavaScript/TypeScript

and

Express.js

. Strong understanding of

asynchronous programming

and

event-driven architecture

. Hands-on experience with

SQL databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL) and

NoSQL databases

(MongoDB). Proficiency in writing optimized and complex database queries. Familiarity with ORM tools like

Sequelize

and

Mongoose

. Knowledge of

Git

and version control best practices. Experience in

CI/CD

and deployment workflows. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.

Pay: ₹296,378.30 - ₹741,288.97 per year
