Job Title: Senior Node.js (Backend) / Full Stack Developer
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend application services and components using Node.js.
Ensure optimal performance of backend systems, databases, and infrastructure.
Collaborate with front-end developers for seamless integration of APIs and services.
Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
Implement robust security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
Provide timely technical support and resolve application issues.
Recommend and implement improvements to processes, performance, and technologies.
(Preferred) Work as a Full Stack Developer using React for front-end and Node.js for back-end development. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Node.js Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js frameworks, and libraries.
In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL (strongly preferred) and database design principles.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, HTML5, and CSS3.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to address urgent technical issues outside of business hours, if needed.
