We are looking for a skilled
Node.js Developer
to join our backend engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services that power our healthcare platform. You will work closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams to deliver reliable APIs and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
backend services and APIs
using
Node.js
Build scalable and high-performance server-side applications
Develop and maintain
RESTful APIs
for web and mobile applications
Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and healthcare APIs
Ensure application security, data integrity, and privacy compliance
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with frontend, mobile, QA, and DevOps teams
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in
backend development
Strong hands-on experience with
Node.js
and
JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with frameworks such as
Express.js / NestJS
Strong knowledge of
REST APIs
and backend architecture
Experience working with
databases
(MongoDB)
Familiarity with
authentication & authorization
(JWT, OAuth)
Experience using
Git
and version control systems
Understanding of server security and best coding practices
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Preferred in
healthcare or regulated industry platforms
Familiarity with
microservices architecture
Experience with
Redis
, queues, or caching mechanisms
Knowledge of
cloud platforms
(AWS / GCP / Azure)
Understanding of data encryption and compliance standards
