Responsibilities:

Lead backend development using

Node.js, Express.js

Good knowledge of security tools & AI tools integrations Architect scalable systems and guide the junior developers. Work with

Docker

, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments. Collaborate with frontend teams; basic understanding of

React.js & Next.js

is preferred. Implement and manage

event queues, Kafka, event-driven systems, and cron jobs

. Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability & security. Review code, enforce best practices, and participate in technical decision-making.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in backend frameworks (Node/Express, Python/FastAPI). Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems. Hands-on experience with

Docker

, deployments, and API versioning. Strong knowledge of MySQL/MongoDB/Redis. Experience with scalable system design and distributed systems. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
