Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who excel in their fields and are dedicated to driving the future of conversational AI. : We are on the hunt for a Node.js Developer with a knack for chatbot technology and at least 1 year of professional experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in our development team, focusing on crafting sophisticated chatbot solutions for Microsoft Teams and DirectLine platforms. You will work closely with other developers and product managers to build seamless backend structures that support intelligent and responsive chatbots. Key Responsibilities: l Develop and maintain server-side chatbot applications using Node.js. l Build and optimize chatbot solutions for Microsoft Teams and using the DirectLine API. l Implement robust set of services and APIs to power the chatbots. l Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. l Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability. l Implement security and data protection for chatbots and APIs. l Design and implement data storage solutions. l Provide technical support for chatbot operations and troubleshooting. Required Skills & Qualifications: l Minimum of 1 year experience in Node.js development, specifically with backend and chatbot applications. l Solid understanding of chatbot development and conversational AI concepts. l Experience in developing chatbots for Microsoft Teams and DirectLine API. l Proficient in REST API development and Socket.IO for real-time communication. l Strong knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Express.js. l Familiarity with OAuth and security standards for chatbot integration. l Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. l Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git. l Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field, or significant relevant experience. Preferred Skills: l Experience with AI and natural language processing (NLP) frameworks. l Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Bot Service. l Proficiency in Front-End technologies for supporting chatbot interfaces. l Demonstrable knowledge of cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP). l Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
