Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Node.js Developer

with strong backend experience and hands-on expertise in integrating

third-party APIs

. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and collaborating closely with frontend developers to deliver seamless solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using

Node.js

and related technologies. Design and manage

databases

(MongoDB, MySQL) using

Mongoose

or

Sequelize

ORM. Integrate and manage

third-party APIs

(e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio, Firebase, etc.). Implement

real-time communication

using

Socket.IO

for chat and notifications. Configure

push notifications

using

FCM

and

email services

with

Nodemailer

. Manage

media storage and optimization

via

Cloudinary

or

AWS S3

. Deploy and maintain applications on

AWS EC2

or other cloud environments. Implement secure

authentication systems

including

OTP

and

SSO (Google, Facebook, etc.)

. Work with the frontend team for

API integration

and

state management

(Redux/Redux Toolkit). Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure high system reliability.

Required Skills

Backend (Core Expertise)

Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js) MongoDB & MySQL ORM tools: Mongoose, Sequelize Socket.IO FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) WhatsApp Cloud API Cloudinary / AWS S3 / AWS EC2 Nodemailer OTP services (Twilio, MSG91, Firebase, etc.)

Frontend (Strong Collaboration Skills)

React.js Tailwind CSS / Material UI

Authentication & Integrations

JWT / OAuth 2.0 / SSO (Google, Facebook) RESTful API and 3rd-party API integration

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2-4 years of hands-on backend development experience. Experience working with real-time and high-traffic applications. Familiarity with DevOps basics, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
