Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using

Node.js

and related technologies. You will play a key role in

architecting solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices

in code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

server-side applications

using Node.js and related frameworks. Build

RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs

and integrate with front-end and third-party services. Optimize applications for

scalability, performance, and security

. Work closely with

front-end developers, DevOps, and product managers

to deliver high-quality solutions. Write

clean, reusable, and testable code

following best practices. Participate in

code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning

. Implement and maintain

database schemas

(SQL/NoSQL). Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Mentor junior developers and guide them in technical challenges. Stay updated with

emerging Node.js frameworks, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

.

4+ years of experience

as a Node.js developer (with at least 2 years in a senior role). Strong proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

, and Node.js frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js, Koa, etc.). Experience with

RESTful APIs, GraphQL

, and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of

databases

(MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis). Knowledge of

authentication, authorization, and security practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)

. Familiarity with

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
