Developer Requirements

Minimum 5 years of backend development experience with

Node.js, Express.js, Socket.io, WebRTC, and MongoDB

. Proven experience in

real-time chat and video calling system architecture

. Expertise in

scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems

. Strong knowledge of

REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations

. Proficient in designing

database schemas, indexing, and optimizing MongoDB performance

. Must ensure

end-to-end encryption and data security

in all activities. Capable of collaborating closely with the Flutter frontend team for seamless integration. Daily live work reporting and progress tracking are mandatory.

Timeline

All backend activities must be completed within

40 days

, aligned with frontend milestones. An additional

5 days

are provided for testing, debugging, and deployment (total 45 days).

Payment and Incentive Plan

Base Payment: ₹15,000 per completed activity. Total Project Value: ₹60,000. Payment will be milestone-based upon successful testing and deployment.

Incentive and Penalty Terms:

If all backend tasks are completed and made live

within 45 days (including testing)

as per design and documentation, an

additional reward of ?10,000

will be provided. If not completed within the defined period, a

penalty of ?10,000 per activity

will apply (net payment ?10,000 per activity). On-time completion with verified

security, scalability, and performance

will qualify for long-term reward consideration.

Long-Term Reward:

Upon final review and approval of backend quality and scalability,
ONECONNECTIFY will offer a

5% share in net profit (up to ₹1 Crore)

to the

entire development team

, distributed annually based on performance for up to

5 years
