We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer - Team Leader to lead backend development initiatives and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor team on multiple projects Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices Collaborate with frontend teams, product managers, and stakeholders Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills:

5-6 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and backend development Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks Hands-on experience with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies Prior experience in team handling or technical leadership

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Strong communication and problem-solving skills
