Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js Developer with hands-on experience in Socket.io to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, real-time application experience, and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of React.js is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development (Primary)

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js.
Build scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time communication features.
Work extensively with Socket.io for live data, chat systems, notifications, and real-time updates.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Front-End (Secondary - Added Advantage)

Work with React.jswhen required to support front-end development.
Collaborate with the UI/UX team to integrate REST APIs and WebSocket connections.

Collaboration & Code Quality

Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, product, design).
Write clean, maintainable, efficient code.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of professional experience in Node.js development.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Socket.io and WebSockets.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

Pay: ?14,608.97 - ?75,877.22 per month
