About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Node.js Developer

to join our dynamic development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and integrating with cloud platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy

scalable and high-performance backend services

using Node.js. Design and implement

RESTful APIs

and

microservices architecture

. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements. Write clean, reusable, and optimized code following best practices. Handle database design and integration (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL). Manage application performance, scalability, and security. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in

Computer Science / IT / Engineering

or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in

Node.js development

. Strong proficiency with

JavaScript (ES6+)

and frameworks like

Express.js

or

NestJS

. Experience with

REST APIs

,

JSON

, and third-party API integrations. Proficiency in

MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL

databases. Good understanding of

asynchronous programming

event-driven architecture

Promises

. Experience in

version control systems (Git / GitHub / GitLab)

. Familiarity with

Docker, AWS, or Azure

is a plus. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
