Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Node.js Developer with strong backend expertise to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with multiple databases, chat modules, and background job processing. The role requires immediate availability and the ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js Work extensively with MySQL and MongoDB, including managing multiple databases Develop and optimize real-time chat modules and related backend logic Implement and manage background jobs, job queues, and priority-based task processing Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications Ensure application performance, security, and data integrity Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of professional experience in Node.js development Strong working knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB (mandatory) Experience handling multiple databases within a single application Proven experience in developing chat or real-time communication modules Hands-on experience with background jobs, queues, and priority-based execution Good understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred / Additional Skills:

Working knowledge of Next.js (added advantage) Experience with message brokers or job queues (e.g., Bull, Redis, RabbitMQ) Exposure to cloud environments and deployment practices Understanding of scalable system design Immediate joiners are highly preferred
