About the role

We're hiring a backend engineer for a high-growth consumer app and coaching platform. You'll own features end-to end clean APIs, secure auth, robust notifications, and serverless deployments built to scale to millions of users.

What you'll build

REST APIs: Lambda-ready endpoints with clean architecture, Zod validation, OpenAPI docs Auth & security: JWT flows, 2FA, role-based access control Notifications: Push infrastructure (FCM), scheduling (AWS EventBridge), engagement campaigns Integrations: Shopify webhooks, time-tracking APIs, external auth Data: PostgreSQL schema design, complex relationships, query optimization Core features: Assignment algorithms, workflow automation, subscriptions, analytics E2E ownership: DB design ? API implementation ? Lambda deployment

Node.js 18+, TypeScript, Express PostgreSQL (Aurora RDS), Sequelize AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EventBridge

Requirements

~5 years shipping Node.js + TypeScript in production Strong PostgreSQL + Sequelize experience Solid REST API design and documentation skills Hands-on AWS Lambda/serverless background Security fundamentals: JWT, 2FA CI/CD with GitHub Actions (or similar)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
