Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Node.js Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, including expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS, as well as solid knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud environments like AWS. This role requires in-depth knowledge of relational and non relational databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB) and experience with TypeORM.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Node.js and NestJS. Build and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable applications. Design database schemas, write complex queries, and manage data using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Utilize TypeORM for efficient and organized data handling and access. Integrate and deploy applications on AWS, including setting up EC2 instances, managing RDS, and utilizing S3 and Lambda functions. Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to optimize performance and reliability. Implement security measures and best practices in API and data management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript. o Proficiency in NestJS framework and experience in building microservices architecture. Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB with experience in database design and optimization. Experience with TypeORM or similar ORM libraries. Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Solid understanding of API security, data protection, and performance tuning. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies. Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus. Knowledge of other NoSQL databases or other ORM tools.
