The perimeter of the Nodal Officer consists of the Indian subsidiaries of the OVHcloud Group. There are currently 2 in Mumbai and Bengaluru (together referred to as "OVH India").
They are the preferred point of contact in India for any requests or complaints from local competent authorities (including government, administration, justice) and handle requests in accordance with the applicable rules. They contribute to the IT security of OVHcloud.
They ensure that OVHcloud complies with applicable regulations, particularly with regards to certifications. In this role, they oversee certain corporate tasks of OVH India, in liaison with their contacts within the Group.
mission 1 / Point of contact:
Represent OVH India, being the point of contact and the privileged interlocutor of the authorities, federal and regional, and responding to their requests
Mission 2 / Cybersecurity:
Interact with all internal and external actors in charge of cybersecurity and the fight against crime
Mission 3 / Ethics:
Deploy and enforce the Group's ethical rules
Mission 4 / Import and certifications:
Ensure the correct importation and certifications of equipment imported by OVHcloud
Mission 5 / Supervision of certain corporate activities of OVH India in collaboration with the corporate departments of the Group
Profile:
- At least 10 years of experience in administration related to legal compliance or cybercrime issues, or as a Nodal Officer, or Compliance Manager, or in the legal or cybercrime field.
- Experience in IT, digital or telecommunications - Very good knowledge of the Indian legal system, knowledge of Indian digital law and Indian regulatory obligations.
