Who are We Looking For
We are looking for a
No-Code
Customer Solutions Developer
to join our team to deliver high-quality CRM & business workflow management solutions to our customers. The suitable individual will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and implement those solutions on Orgzit.
Note: This position involves building business software applications without coding on a no-code platform. This position does NOT involve coding.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers on Zoom calls to learn about their business workflows and software requirements.
Propose practical software solutions that address customer requirements.
Define and document the architecture of customer applications.
Break down the application architecture into implementation tasks.
Implement customer applications on the Orgzit platform.
Review solutions built by other developers to ensure they meet quality and technical standards.
Conduct manual testing of customer applications.
Conduct live or recorded demos for customers to explain how the application works.
Address customer queries and issues via meetings, email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Conduct hands-on training sessions with users on Zoom calls.
Education & Experience Qualifications
B.Tech / BCA / MCA
For freshers - must have done internships
Experience of 1+ years in the software industry on SaaS products is a big plus
Skills
Proficiency in designing relational database schema for different use cases.
Proficiency in defining automations for business applications.
Proficiency in understanding different data types in a relational database.
Ability to meet with Customers to discuss their business workflows and software requirements.
Ability to generate creative solutions to business scenarios and use cases.
Ability to understand business workflows and map them to software requirements.
Ability to explain technical solutions to customers in simple, non-technical terms.
Ability to review customer applications to ensure they meet the customer's business needs and have a good user experience.
Attention to detail and a systematic mindset.
Ability to respond promptly to customer queries and change requests on Zoom calls, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Ability to conduct demo & training presentations.
Work Location
This position is a work-from-office role.
Office location: Sector 44, Gurgaon (near HUDA City Centre metro station)
Work Days and Timings
:
Days: Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
Compensation
For 0-1 years of experience: 6 months internship at Rs. 25,000 per month followed by a full-time position at CTC of Rs. 5,40,000 per annum.
For 1+ years' experience: Rs. 4,80,000 to 6,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skills.
