Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

NOC Manager

with strong expertise in

VoIP, Asterisk, Linux, and Networking

to lead and enhance our Network Operations Center. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with

Kamailio/OpenSIPS

,

SIP

,

TCP/IP

, and

scripting languages

such as

Bash, Python, PHP, and Perl

. Familiarity with

AI/ML technologies

and open-source platforms will be a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:Technical Operations & Maintenance:

Manage and maintain

SIP proxies

(Kamailio/OpenSIPS) and

Asterisk-based systems

(AGI, AMI, ARI, IPPBX, EPABX). Troubleshoot complex issues in

VoIP gateways

,

Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

, and routing systems. Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of

Linux servers

(Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian). Handle

Level 3 technical escalations

for network and telephony incidents.

Monitoring & Optimization:

Design and manage robust

monitoring and alerting systems

for VoIP infrastructure. Analyze telephony traffic to detect and resolve anomalies and quality issues. Diagnose and resolve

NAT, PAT

, and

firewall

issues affecting VoIP connectivity.

Automation & Development:

Develop and maintain automation tools/scripts using

Bash, Python, Perl, and PHP

. Work with

MySQL/MongoDB databases

to support call routing, billing, and reporting. Implement and integrate new VoIP features and functionalities.

Team & Process Management:

Lead and mentor

NOC engineers

, driving excellence in troubleshooting and service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Support, Engineering) for aligned operations. Maintain detailed

documentation and SOPs

for VoIP and network systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in

Asterisk

VoIP

, and

network management

. Proficiency in

Linux systems

(Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian),

SIP

TCP/IP

, and

VoIP security

. Hands-on experience with

Kamailio/OpenSIPS
