Job Description


Management of a team providing 24/7 support to hosted products. Management of Team leads and Engineers within Bangalore who operate as part of other functional teams e.g Senior Engineers assigned to other product teams but who are line managed from Bangalore. Develop and refine processes and ensure adherence to existing quality procedures. Manage and lead the team in order to provide quality service. Ensure team leads provide training to the new members of the team as they join ESKO Ensure the team delivers the task as required within SLA. Manage the shift roster on a monthly basis (essential) Ability to Recruit and retain good engineers. Ensure the team writes runbooks, gain approval from functional teams and then educate members on their usage and existence. Maintain a good knowledge of IT technologies and developments. Line management of team members including performance management Responsibility for on-going development of team Skills & Experience General skills and Experience Manage the shift roster on a monthly basis Ability to manage a team which includes team leaders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience working in a commercial hosted/data centre and public Clouds environments. Phenomenal customer handling skills. Experience of working in an ITIL environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent problem solving skills Excellent communication.
