Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for network-related issues across departments. Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues. Monitor system performance and ensure uninterrupted network operations. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and internet-related issues. Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed, including antivirus and software updates. Provide desktop support when required, including troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
