Role Overview

As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure and services for our clients. You will work closely with our UAE team to ensure system uptime, resolve alerts, and deliver exceptional technical support. The ideal candidate will have professional certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified) and bring hands-on experience with helpdesk operations, server monitoring, backups, and endpoint protection systems.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor server and network status daily; report and escalate issues to the UAE team. Verify backup status, troubleshoot failures, and perform periodic restore tests. Review and resolve server and desktop alerts in coordination with the UAE team. Document configurations for servers, networks, access points, switches, and PABX
systems.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure configurations align with documentation and update
as needed.

Approve and apply patches for servers and desktops. Create and manage monitoring policies for critical services based on client
environments.

Develop automation scripts for RMM to streamline routine tasks. Handle customer support via chat, calls, and ticketing systems. Respond promptly to emails and support tickets. Coordinate with field engineers to confirm task completion.
What We're Looking For

Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical issues to nontechnical users. Networking fundamentals and practical scenarios. Common SMB software applications. DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, File Server, NAS, Gateways, Firewalls, Cloud services,
Office 365.

Backup strategies and best practices. Awareness of latest cybersecurity threats and mitigation techniques. Troubleshooting Windows OS (7/8/10), network printers, scanners, enterprise Wi-Fi,
and antivirus solutions.

Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus. Experience with RMM tools and scripting for automation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
