Key Responsibilities
Own major incident management, serving as the escalation point for Tier 2.
Lead high-severity incidents, guiding resolution from start to finish.
Drive capacity planning, network optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and refine NOC processes, runbooks, and best practices in alignment with ITIL.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for large-scale deployments, upgrades, and audits.

Advanced Network Management
: vTeMIP+FAS, UCA+UOC, NNMi+NA, BPM+RUM+DIAG
Operations & Automation
: SMAX+AM, OBM+OPTIC+BVD, CIT+UCMDB, SA+OO
Infrastructure & Virtualization
: VMWare, Server systems (Windows/Linux)
Data Center
: DCIM systems, including chiller plants, AHU, HVAC & PAC
Qualifications
8+ years
of experience in network operations or large-scale infrastructure support.
ITIL v3
certification (required).
Deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and advanced monitoring tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations effectively.
