In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring leads, generating revenue, and onboarding new apartment complexes and societies into NoBroker Hood by connecting with prospective clients, presenting our product, and showcasing its value.Roles and Responsibility:- Interest in Business Development (B2C/B2B) for software application products/solutions.- Conduct meetings with prospective clients, deliver effective product demonstrations, and highlight key product features and benefits.- Engage with apartment committee members, accounting service partners, and builders to understand business scope and expectations.- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities and lead conversions.- Conduct product demonstrations to senior-level authorities.- Onboarding new apartments on the NoBroker Hood platform will be a key responsibility.- Research potential leads through open market, web searches, and digital resources.- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve and exceed targets.Mandatory Requirements for this Position:- Minimum 6 Months - 3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.- Proficiency in English & Hindi is mandatory, knowledge of the regional language is a plus.- Comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday compulsory), with a week off.- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).- Ability to handle CRM software effectively.
