Job Description
UNIT HEADAbout the role:- Responsible to handle team of 8 to 10 call agents- Assigning leads to associates, team performance evaluation, Monitoring and Auditing calls on timely basis- Ensure that the associates are meeting the weekly and monthly targets- Checking call timings of the associates- Responsible for training team members, setting strategy- Meeting the monthly targetYou Are Expected To- Have good communication skill English and hindi (mandatory) with any regional language- 3+ yrs minimum 1 yr in team handling- Excel proficiency- Have hands on experience with CRM (ref:updazz.com)
