This role is ideal for someone who can conceptualize, pitch, and close strategic brand deals that align with NoBrokerHood's user base and offerings.Key Responsibilities:Identify, pitch, and close brand partnerships and alliances for in-app, on-ground, and BTL advertising opportunities.Drive media monetization through society branding, newsletters, in-app ads, events, and kiosks.Develop and execute customized partnership proposals for brands across sectors (FMCG, electronics, services, etc.).Maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct brand clients.Work closely with internal product, marketing, and ops teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.Drive revenue growth through innovative ad formats and brand solutions.Required Qualifications:- 1-7 years of experience in ad sales, media partnerships, or brand alliances.Mandatory: Experience in a media company or digital advertising firm.- Demonstrated ability to close high-value brand deals.- Strong network with media agencies and brand decision-makers.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Good to Have:- Exposure to working with residential or gated community-focused platforms.- Experience with both B2B and B2C brand partnerships.
