You will play a pivotal role in positioning NoBrokerHood as an effective hyperlocal advertising platform for brands targeting gated communities.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning:- Develop and execute ad sales strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier brands across sectors (FMCG, e-commerce, healthcare, education, etc.).- Create compelling media kits, value propositions, and campaign concepts tailored for advertisers.Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth:- Identify and onboard new advertising partners through proactive outreach and relationship-building.- Work closely with the ad sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, tech) to deliver customized ad solutions.Campaign Management:- Oversee the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns: creative conceptualization, placement, timelines, tracking, and reporting.- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Performance Analytics:- Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI using internal tools and external analytics.- Prepare reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.Client Relationships:- Act as the brand custodian for advertising clients-ensuring high satisfaction and repeat partnerships.- Coordinate regular check-ins and feedback loops with key accounts.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.- 4-6 years of experience in brand management, ad sales, or marketing roles-preferably in media, digital, or community platforms.- Strong understanding of digital media, offline activations, and hyperlocal marketing.- Proven track record of handling large brands and delivering revenue targets.Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.Proficient in campaign management tools, CRM software, and data analysis platforms.Why Join Us?Be part of one of India's fastest-growing proptech startups.Work with passionate and innovative teams.Drive real-world impact across communities and brands.Competitive compensation and fast-track career growth.
