Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth through telephonic and virtual sales of NoBrokerHood's SaaS-based solutions to residential societies and RWAs. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead qualification, product pitch, objection handling to deal closure. - Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and maintain consistent pipeline. - Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. - Update and manage data accurately in CRM tools and internal databases. - Coordinate with field teams for demos, installations, and post-sales service. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales/inside sales, preferably in B2C/B2B environments. - Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. - Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language like Kannada is a plus). - Self-motivated with a result-driven approach. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
