The incumbent would be responsible for attending customer calls and managing the National Account customers with in TCI Express Ltd. Main Accountabilities
Responsible for customer service of national accounts. ? Answer Inbound Customer Service Call who have specific queries related to pick up ? Ensuring pick up is arranged for the customer on the same day of booking ? checking and validating through the booking register if the booking done by BH has been in the correct customer code. ? Immediately highlighting if any booking has been done in the wrong customer code ? Prepare report and MIS as per required format on daily basis. ? Take care of concerns raised by customers and help them with solution over email or phone. ? To coordinate with internal team to find the status and get it resolved before replying to customers ? Presenting the SLA report to each KAM customers as and when require during meetings ? Managing good relations with the customers. ? Customer visits for developing & strengthening relationships for retaining and increasing business. ? Building relationship with clients, leading to greater satisfaction
Qualification: ? Education- Any UG/PG ? Experience- Total 01-03 years. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: ? Should have excellent communication skills. ? Must have 1- 3 years of customer service experience in Logistics Company. ? Should be IT Savvy (Excel, power-point, word, MIS, Creating reports, web browsing, mails, etc. ). ? Good IT knowledge
