About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented NISM Certified Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting financial products such as mutual funds, equities, and derivatives. The candidate will leverage their NISM certification to provide compliant investment advice, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and field activity.
Promote and sell financial products such as mutual funds, equities, insurance, and derivativesas per certification.
Guide clients on investment opportunities while ensuring adherence to SEBI and NISM regulations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with excellent customer service.
Conduct client meetings, investment presentations, and product awareness sessions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and compliance in all client transactions.
Keep updated with financial market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

Mandatory NISM Certification(Mutual Fund Distributors V-A / Equity Derivatives VIII / or relevant series).
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of financial markets, mutual funds, and investment products.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and trading/investment platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in sales, stockbroking, wealth management, or mutual fund distribution is an advantage.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets.
Customer-first approach with excellent relationship management skills.
