Roles & Responsibilities:- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for an assigned territory.- Setting the sales targets, tracking the progress and reporting results on a periodic basis.- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and ensuring that the goals are achieved.- Generating Sales via travelling on field and visiting to doctors- Minimum 120 visits to clients per month- Keeping up with Ayurveda product and service information and updates.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing or related field.- Strong communication skills.- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.- Excellent organizational skills.- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.- Two wheelers is also another requirement.- A stretch in working hours is possible if targets aren't met.- Travelling should not be a constraint.
