Job Description

The NIOS Teacher and Assistant to NIOS Coordinator/Social Science will be primarily responsible for the effective implementation and coordination of the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) program for 400 Children with Special Needs (CWSN) across Levels A, B, and C at Shradhanjali Integrated Primary School (SIS). The role combines direct academic instruction (teaching) with essential administrative and coordination support to ensure inclusive and accessible education under the NIOS framework.
Requirements

• Bachelor's, B.edor Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience teaching or managing or coordinating educational programs, preferably with CWSN.

• Familiarity with NIOS systems, inclusive education frameworks, and disability support services.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Fluency in English and Kannada (written and spoken) is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic data management.
