Drishti

is a 30+ year old organisation offering services that support children (K-12) with behaviour or academic challenges.

Drishti services may directly impact the child or adult stakeholders who are working with these children. Services that impact the child directly are assessments & therapy (counselling, special education, etc) and those that indirectly impact the child (through adult stakeholders) are capacity building programs and therapy support programs.

Academic Instruction

Deliver subject-specific teaching as per the NIOS curriculum and prescribed syllabus. Prepare structured lesson plans, study materials, and revision schedules tailored to open schooling learners. Conduct regular classes (online/offline) and doubt-solving sessions

Student Support & Mentoring

Provide individual academic guidance and motivation to learners. Track student progress and address learning gaps through remedial support. Guide students on NIOS study techniques, exam patterns, and time management.

Assessment & Examination Support

Conduct periodic assessments, mock tests, and assignments. Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback. Assist students with NIOS examination form filling, practical preparation, and exam readiness.

Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with the NIOS coordinator and academic team for schedules, reports, and updates. Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, and assessments. Ensure compliance with NIOS norms, academic calendars, and institutional policies.

Parent & Stakeholder Communication

Communicate student progress and concerns to parents/guardians when required. Participate in academic meetings, orientations, and review sessions. Prepare structured lesson plans, study materials, and revision schedules tailored to open schooling learners.
Educational Qualification - B.Ed (Special Education)/M.Ed, Diploma in Special Education

Experience - 1-2 years of experience as a special educator / Tutor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
