We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Specialist with extensive experience in managing OEM / Channel Partner relationships and driving enterprise-level sales.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through OEM / Channel Partner networks and enterprise accounts.- Build and nurture strong business relationships with OEM / Channel Partner ecosystems, as well as enterprise clients.- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the complete sales cycle through OEM / Channel Partner collaboration.- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, and marketing) to prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client needs.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen positioning with OEM / Channel Partners.- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to management.- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and OEM / Channel Partner meetings.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management is an advantage.- 6-10 years of proven sales experience in IT / Cybersecurity, with strong exposure to OEM / Channel Partner ecosystems.- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise accounts.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and present them in a business-friendly manner.- Self-driven, with strong leadership and relationship management skills.- Willingness to travel for client meetings, OEM / Channel Partner engagements, and industry events.- Location: Pune (Kharadi)- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (ref:updazz.com)
