Job Summary :

We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and recommend actionable solutions that improve processes, drive efficiency, and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement

Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development

Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams

Create detailed documentation, including workflows, reports, and presentations

Support testing and validation of implemented solutions.

Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.

Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.

Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.

Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.

Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Preferably a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analytics or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience paired with substantial applicable experience.

6+ years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with SharePoint, Nintex migration projects.

Good experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Nintex. Demonstrable experience in developing and deploying practical business solutions.

Good to Have:

Experience with SharePoint, Nintex to Power Platform Migration.

Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Nintex, PowerApps, and Kwizcom.

Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
