We are looking for a

Nintex Developer with 3 - 4 years of hands-on experienc

e in workflow automation, form design, and business process management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing business workflows using Nintex Workflow, Forms, and RPA, with integrations across SharePoint, Office 365, and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy

Nintex Workflows and Nintex Forms

to automate business processes. Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into automated workflow solutions. Integrate Nintex workflows with SharePoint Online, Office 365, SAP, Salesforce, and other third-party systems. Develop and maintain document generation templates using Nintex DocGen. Implement RPA solutions using Nintex RPA for repetitive desktop or legacy processes. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing workflows and forms. Maintain proper documentation, version control, and change management for all automation solutions. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and governance. Provide end-user training and post-deployment support.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-4 years of experience

in Nintex Workflow & Forms (for SharePoint or Nintex Automation Cloud). Solid understanding of SharePoint (Online or On-Prem) architecture and permissions. Experience with Office 365 integration, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs for customizing forms and workflows. Hands-on experience in Nintex RPA will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Nintex Certified Advanced Workflow Professional (optional but preferred). Experience with Process Mapping and Business Process Optimization. * Exposure to Azure or Microsoft Power Platform tools.
