Location: Bangalore, KA, IN

Responsibilities:

- Solutioning: Provide tailored solutions to farmers, based on existing market trends and consumer feedback gathered through various social media platforms. Continuously update and adapt solutions to meet changing market demands.

- Farmer Acquisition and Engagement: Identify and reach out to farmers, establishing a strong rapport and understanding their needs. Engage with farmers through various channels to build relationships and trust.

- Digital Business Development: Drive business growth through digital means, utilizing online platforms, social media and other digital marketing strategies to generate sales and reach a wider audience of farmers.

- Video-based Sales: Develop and execute video content strategies to promote products and services to farmers. Create engaging video content that effectively communicates the benefits of the solutions being offered.

- Farmer Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process of new farmers, guiding them through the platform, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Collaboration with Content Creators: Work closely with content creators to develop engaging and informative content specifically targeted at farmers. Collaborate with influencers and experts to amplify the reach and impact of the solutions being provided.

- Business Acumen: Possess a strong sense of business and entrepreneurial spirit. Identify opportunities, take calculated risks, and make informed decisions to drive the success of the farmer solutions business

- Product/Service Sales: Utilize content-based strategies to promote product and service sales. Develop compelling narratives and value propositions that resonate with farmers and encourage them to adopt the solutions.

- Digital Sales and Strategy: Develop and execute digital sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue. Leverage data and analytics to optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Master\'s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 6-10 years of experience in providing solutions to farmers or working in the digital/agricultural industry

- Proven track record of successful digital business development and sales

- Strong understanding of the agricultural sector and its challenges is a Plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

- Familiarity with video content creation and digital media strategies.
