Job Responsibilities :- Develop, implement, and independently manage online marketing campaigns that drive leads and online sales for our clients.- Create a Growth Plan for clients based on their objectives- Drive website traffic and acquire leads on a Daily/Monthly basis (Performance Marketing).- Developing & executing online strategy/designing campaigns for clients- Planning and executing the complete communication strategy for such campaigns with the help of designers, content writers, etc.- Achieve maximum ROI in paid & organic search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data and identifying trends and insights.- Track, Report, and analyze website analytics, Social Media campaigns, and PPC campaigns.- Share Strategic Insights by analyzing ongoing campaigns to optimize ROI- Optimize the landing pages of paid & organic search engine marketing campaigns.- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.Requirements :- Proven experience in performance marketing role for at least 7 years with team handling experience of 2-3 years. - Facebook Ads and Google Ads experience of running E-commerce campaigns, ability to handle a team.- Strong capability to think creatively, work on high converting ads and ideate designs for more clicks and conversions with brand team- Knowledge of Advertising & driving sales, ROAS, and various strategies to improve quality of traffic and conversions.- Has strong creative and strategic bent of mind with solid communication skills- Additional knowledge of Google Ads, Landing Page Builders, Google Analytics, Email -Marketing or CRM would be an advantage- Preferred Tools Knowledge : Creative Designing (like Canva), Ad analysis tools, landing page tools, Email Marketing tools, Google Data Studio.
