Oversee staff attendance, performance, and task allocation during night hours.
Maintain security protocols and ensure safety across the premises.
Handle emergencies, incidents, or operational issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure reports, logs, and documentation for the night shift are completed accurately.
Coordinate with the day team for seamless handover of tasks and updates.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in supervision or night-shift operations .
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to stay alert, calm, and efficient during night hours.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports/logs.
Ability to handle emergency situations responsibly.
