Appointment Management:

Schedule appointments for patients and follow up on existing appointments.

Patient Information:

Provide details about hospital services, facilities, policies, and treatment plans.

Inbound & Outbound Calls:

Handle incoming calls from patients and conduct outbound calls to patients for various purposes, such as appointment reminders or service promotions.

Patient Support:

Address patient inquiries and provide compassionate support, helping them navigate their healthcare journey.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate call records and update patient information in the hospital's system.

Communication:

Serve as a vital link between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring efficient communication.

Problem Resolution:

Address patient concerns and issues, referring complex matters to the appropriate departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
