We are looking for a reliable and experienced

Night Shift Manager

to oversee operations during night hours. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all departments, handle guest relations (in case of a service industry like a hotel), maintain safety and security, and address any issues that arise overnight. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are key for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all night shift operations. Ensure guest satisfaction and handle late check-ins, check-outs, and special requests. Maintain security of the premises during night hours. Respond to emergencies and manage crisis situations professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams. Prepare and submit night shift reports to the management. Ensure all safety, health, and hygiene protocols are followed. Handle staff issues, assign tasks, and ensure proper staffing during the shift. Perform regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and order.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
