We're expanding and looking for a hands-on Night Shift Operations & Accounts Manager to lead our Gurgaon team, oversee financial accuracy, and drive measurable performance.

Your Role

Lead and motivate the night shift team handling charge posting, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denials. Oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and track performance KPIs. Manage internal accounts (attendance, payroll, cost tracking, reports). Own team and process metrics, including: AR Aging: Maintain claims under 45 days. Denial Rate: Target <5%. Clean Claim Rate: Maintain 98%+. Posting Accuracy: Maintain 99%+. Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of all PHI. Collaborate with U.S. leadership to maintain seamless operations.
What We're Looking For

5-10 years of experience in U.S. medical billing / RCM. Proven experience leading offshore or night-shift teams. Strong understanding of AR, denial management, and reporting. Confident communicator with an analytical mindset. Excited about technology, automation, and team development.
