Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in/check-out guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries.
Monitor the premises for safety and security during the night shift.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
Perform night audit and balance daily financial transactions (if required).
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for any overnight requests.
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Prepare reports or handover notes for the morning staff.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Proficient in basic computer systems and hotel software (PMS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.
Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
Working Conditions:
Night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Primarily indoor, front-desk setting.
May require long periods of sitting or standing.
