with strong leadership and crisis management skills. The Night Manager will ensure smooth functioning of hospital services, staff coordination, patient safety, and handle emergency situations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all departments and ensure proper functioning during night shifts.
Conduct regular rounds of hospital premises to ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Act as the primary contact for any emergencies or escalations during night hours.
Coordinate with security, nursing, emergency, housekeeping, and other departments.
Ensure timely handling of patient admissions, discharges, and critical cases.
Maintain records of incidents, complaints, and unusual occurrences.
Ensure availability of critical resources such as beds, oxygen, and emergency equipment.
Support doctors and nurses in managing administrative tasks during night hours.
Report daily night activity logs and incidents to the Hospital Administrator.
Uphold hospital policies, discipline, and ethical practices.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Retired Army Personnel
with experience in management, security, or logistics preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations.
Physically fit and alert for night duties.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred but not mandatory for experienced ex-servicemen).
Experience in hospital or healthcare settings is an added advantage.
