The Position

Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
2-4 years in IT operations/support (data, middleware, or DevOps background)
Familiarity with messaging/data platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Tibco, MQ Series).
Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.
Understanding of containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes). Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn NiFi.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
ResponsibilitiesPerform daily operational checks to ensure NiFi cluster health and availability.
Monitor system dashboards (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) and respond promptly to alerts.
Review logs to detect errors, risks, or performance bottlenecks, escalating to L2/L3
when needed. Assist with configuration changes, patching, and routine maintenance of NiFi clusters
Execute runbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring issues.
Support periodic health checks covering performance, security, compliance, and patching activities.
Collaborate with project teams to provide first-level support for NiFi deployments.
Document findings, update knowledge base, and contribute to operational efficiency
