Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and document all care provided.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Required skills and qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Experience in NICU, pediatric, or critical care settings
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Strong clinical skills in areas like ventilator management, IV therapy, and patient assessment
