About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled

NICU Registered Nurse

to join our team. The Staff NICU Nurse provides specialized care for high-risk newborns, supports families during critical moments, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to premature and critically ill infants. Monitor vital signs, ventilation, medication administration, and lab results. Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers. Work collaboratively with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other team members. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately. Maintain strict adherence to infection-control and safety protocols. Participate in continuing education and quality-improvement initiatives.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
