staff scheduling, duty rosters

Assist in developing and implementing
nursing protocols, policies, and standard operating procedures

Coordinate with doctors, pediatricians, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Conduct
training and skill development programs
for NICU nursing staff.
Maintain accurate and timely
documentation
of patient records, reports, and incident logs.
Ensure infection control practices and NICU hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Handle audits, inventory, and equipment maintenance related to NICU.
Report to the Nursing Superintendent / Matron on unit performance and requirements.

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and coordination ability
Clinical expertise in neonatal care and critical patient management
Knowledge of NICU equipment and protocols

Qualification:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse Incharge or Senior Staff Nurse in NICU
Must be a registered nurse with Maharashtra Nursing Council
