Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

NICU Staff Nurse

to provide high-quality care for premature and critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate must have experience in neonatal care, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced NICU environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care to premature, low-birth-weight, and critically ill neonates Monitor vitals, oxygen saturation, ventilator settings, and incubator parameters Administer medications, IV fluids, and feeds as per neonatologist instructions Assist during neonatal procedures and emergencies Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition and treatment plans Ensure strict adherence to infection control and NICU safety protocols Support parents by providing education and updates regarding newborn care Coordinate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive neonatal care

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of neonatal care & NICU equipment Ability to work calmly under pressure Excellent communication and patient-family interaction skills Good clinical judgment and teamwork abilities Compassionate, patient-focused care approach

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
