Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NICU-trained Staff Nurse to join a reputed hospital in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in Neonatal Intensive Care Units and be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized care to premature and critically ill neonates. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and ensure timely feeding as per NICU protocols. Assist pediatricians and neonatologists during medical procedures. Maintain accurate records of patient conditions and care provided. Educate and support families of newborns regarding neonatal care. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed. Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in code blue/rapid response protocols.

Skills & Competencies:

Clinical proficiency in neonatal nursing Strong observational and decision-making skills Knowledge of NICU equipment (incubators, ventilators, monitors) Ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
