to expand our outreach and generate vital support from compassionate donors across India.

Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Call Center Manager

to lead, train, and manage a team of tele callers responsible for fundraising and donor engagement. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, goal-oriented, and passionate about social causes.

Key Responsibilities:



Set up and manage day-to-day operations of the NGO call center. Recruit, train, and supervise telecaller executives to ensure effective donation communication and donor conversion. Develop and implement call scripts and fundraising strategies. Monitor call quality, performance metrics, and daily/weekly revenue targets. Motivate and mentor team members to achieve and exceed fundraising goals. Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, and pledges. Coordinate with NGO management to align call campaigns with organizational priorities. Handle donor grievances professionally and ensure positive relationships. Prepare performance and revenue reports for management review. Implement compliance protocols and ensure ethical fundraising practices.

Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with background in communications, sales, marketing, or NGO fundraising. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing telecalling or call center operations (experience in NGOs or fundraising preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Proficient in MS Office and call center software/CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict fundraising targets. Fluent in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
